We understand that sometimes plans change, and we'll always do our best to accommodate you. Please take a moment to read our cancellation policy carefully.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your place on the retreat. This deposit confirms your booking and is applied toward your total retreat cost.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date. If payment is not received by this date, your booking may be cancelled and your spot offered to another participant.
Up to 60 days before retreat
You may cancel for any reason. Your deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payment will be refunded.
30–59 days before retreat
Your deposit is non-refundable, but 50% of any additional payment will be refunded.
Less than 30 days before retreat
No refunds can be made.
If you find someone to take your place, we'll happily transfer your booking at no extra charge.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or postpone the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, insufficient bookings, or government restrictions), you will receive a full refund, or the option to transfer your payment to a future retreat.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, and emergencies. We cannot be responsible for any travel costs, flight cancellations, or losses incurred.
If you are unable to travel due to illness, our regular cancellation policy applies. However, we'll do our best to offer a credit toward a future retreat when possible.
We are not liable for refunds in situations beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other events that make it unsafe or impossible to hold the retreat. In such cases, we will offer a retreat credit for future use when possible.
